It all started when Fazel Dashti immigrated from Afghanistan to Canada to start a new life with his family.
While learning English and to support his young family, Fazel started working in kitchens cleaning dishes. Quickly he found a new passion for cooking. Driven by this passion, hard work and perservance, Fazel slowly worked he’s way up, eventually working as a sous-chef.
Working years as sous-chef and refining his cooking skills, Fazel has decided it’s time to open the first Afghani restaurant in Ottawa. Focused on serving authentic and quality Afghani cuisine, the restaurant was an instant success.
Since then Fazel has started numerous successful Afghani restaurants in Ottawa and Toronto.
